I have been with CubeSmart, specifically the 2601 Maury Street Richmond location, since 2017 and I couldn't be happier. The units themselves are clean and appropriately climate controlled. When dealing with the staff, they have always been professional, understanding, and helpful. More recently, I worked with Tonya. She was amazing to work with, as she understood my problem and quickly worked to resolve it for me. Friendly staff and very helpful, they made my experience affordable but I hope they stop raising prices every three months or so
