I am usually in a hurry when I am out running several errands on the same day. Salma has been very helpful during my last two visits when I was on a tight schedule and needed accurate assistance quickly, which she provided both times. I have had storage units at this location several different times over many years, and I am always pleased with the service and the facility.

I was surprised to find out there was a substantial increase to my bill and was disappointed when met with the most callous customer service reception from a guy I was not familiar with this weekend. Today though, I met Salma, whose demeanor and empathy squelched my anger from the whole experience. You have a very valuable representation in Salma and I hope she is rewarded immensely for retaining business.
