Very easy process. Started online to complete the rental agreement and gain access to facility and locker. I had a disk lock from previous rental experience, so after loading locker and using my lock, I went to front desk to return unopened, provided lock and asked Alexis if I could have lock charge refunded. She did right there.
Very direct and easy to deal with. The facility is clean with easy access.
Alexis was very helpful in setting me up with a unit swap!
