Had the displeasure of meeting “Christian” who is a know it all with a very ugly personality (physically as well) who thinks he owns the establishment, working a couple times a month and when he is at location, he likes to boss people around to no avail. Everyone else is so kind and a pleasure to be around except him; from Shuja, to Malik, and even Chris. GET RID OF CHRIS!
Malachi is the best..!! Absolutely love the is facility and its staff. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable people, especially to the young man who took his time to explain things to me. but will definitely be spreading the good word. Thanks Guys..!!
Positives: Excellent location, flat walk right in, caged ceiling, friendly staff and other patrons, easy parking, great pricing, clean spacious secure unit. Negatives: floor is very grimey like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year, two of four bays are not accessable. Outdoor #4 bay auto-lift not working and covered in junk/trash outside and inside, lots and lots of stored full boxes and trash in the four bay area unloading/loading area, only 4 carts for the whole building so it is tricky to find one available.
