I've rented units for 16 years at many companies and locations, and have found Shuja, Dave and Kevin to be Very Helpful for years. If only corporate would do even the most basic of repairs and maintenance the buildings need, like Repairing the main front roll-up door that offers the ONLY ground level access at their Gallows Rd location, I'd rate it higher. For what they charge and how often they increase the rents, it's absurd they won't maintain the building.
Easy access to long term storage.. Dennis was very helpful with info and details. It's nice to have a personal touch.
Gets more expensive every year. Access entry and exit can be a problem. Even during posted open access hours thought I was going to have to spend the night one time. The staff locked everything up. There was no clearly posted exit directions to a small door on the opposite side of the building from where you park. Extremely frustrating experience.
