Terrible service. On Friday at 10 AM, a person from the office accused me of leaving some boxes that weren't mine and yelled at some girls very rudely. According to him, he is the owner of the place. He kept coming to harass me at the unit.
Cristian was amazing, he was very helpful and made finishing my reservation so quick and easy!! Thank you Cristian!!
First of all I was upset about something when I got to the storage I called the company corporate number and said I want out! I wanted a refund but they asked that I wait until the manager calls me back! First thing today he called me back and handled everything switched my unit and was so kind and also provided help. I am so happy I decided to stay give that’s guys a chance the manager is trying to fix the place up and get it back to the top these things take time. I’m so appreciative of them. Ms Johnson
Regular entrance door broke down so I had to use back door which had no elevators. The loading docks in the back door didn't have any ramps or lifts so I have to lift up the boxes manually on my own even when the website said first floor access. When I found out that the hallway to get to my unit was blocked, the CubeSmart guy agreed to come out to talk to other patrons but never showed up.
Unprofessional and have bad practices. I would get the storage from Extra Space or somewhere else
