The worst experience in the history of customer service. I can not say enough about how terrible this location is managed . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The facility in Merrifield Virginia needs a lot of improvement. I have been with this facility for about 6 years. The same issues that I noticed in the past are still existent. The gate next to the office is left open throughout the day, so it is not climate-controlled even though you pay for it in the rent. Since the gate is left up, there are more chances of unwanted "visitors" coming in. I recently noticed that the security cameras have been taken down from where they were located in the main office.
