Hello. I was surprised to receive an invoice so early; I booked last week on the 26th. The issue isn't the timing, but the offer itself. I chose your service because you were advertising the first or second month for free—just like in the attached image. The second month should be free, matching the ad I clicked on when I booked and paid. It is disgraceful to see an offer and sign up for it, only to find it doesn't actually exist.
Great customer service and easy transaction
I am so incredibly thankful for the staff at CubeSmart. I worked with Adolfo literally a half hour before the office closed. I was in desparate need of a transfer to another facility (Kristen in Medford) and between the two of them, they saved the day!!! I got to meet Kristen in person; she put me at ease before my daunting 3000 mile move. 🥹

Wouldn't use this company/location twice. I've only come twice. A truck was parked in front rendering my unit entirely inaccessible the first time, the second time I started moving out. I'm paying an entire month for 2 days because they don't pro-rated. Not even as an apology for having my unit inaccessible when I last came (they were happy to charge extra for street access and accessibility --that I never received). Door is busted too.
