Hostile employees Drove in to get a storage room. girl was playing video games on her phone. did not look up. put up her finger telling me to wait. my gf got offended and said something to her about how she felt disrespected. She asked how she could help. we said we were looking for a room. she showed us a price on a paper and told us she could help us when we were ready to rent. we said we were ready now and she asked if we could wait half an hour because she was on lunch. we rented with public storage 20 minutes later.
they just lost the best manager – not happy that they let tim go, tim was the reason why this place was great to be at!! management treated him bad and now they will be losing quite a few of us!!
This is a great storage place – I went in, they came around and greeted me at the door. guess they saw me coming. At first it was annoying like " here we go with the routine" but they were really good. I thought they were going to hit me with the script but shut up and listened to what I was saying. They actually suggested a smaller size based on my truck so I could save money. Awesome place! My Mother was selling her house and I got her stuff in there now too.
Nice people. Helpful – I came in to the office when I was shopping around. The way the manager Tim treated me while showing me around sealed the deal. I even caught him at closing and he kept smiling, showed me several rooms until we found the right one. Great place.
When I moved in, they let me use a free truck, beat their competitions rate and stood up when I walked in. Every time I pay my bill, they remember my name. This is how service used to be. Service is back!! The managers here seem to be happy to wait on you. Awesome
