The very nice lady that helped us get all checked in , was very helpful and kind .. she went above and beyond to make sure we were take care of upon arrival at the storage unit .
I reserved a unit online. I was struggling due to system error messages to complete my reservation online. I called for assistance and was told to come in to the office the next day or to keep trying online. I was able to complete my reservation online but didn’t need an extra lock another employee had told me I could just return the new lock they sold me online to the storage unit for a refund of that. I was advised they don’t accept thise types of returns anymore but Marina was able to help me. This location has been great... read more
