I would NOT recommend this facility for your storage needs. My husband and I paid our bill a few days late, which caused an overlock to be placed on our unit. We made our payment after hours while there was still a person working in the office. We asked a man who was outside working on his car in the parking lot if he worked there, and he said no but his girlfriend did so he went and grabbed her to talk to us. We did NOT ASK HIM TO GET HER. We rented a 10x10 for 2 years and have absolutely no complaints. I loved that I could open the gate with the app. We never had a break in of any kind. The people were super nice. Great experience. Thank you guys!
