I love having my belongings at Bee Safe in Pineville . I never had issues , everything is safe . Communication is great . Roslyn is great !!!! If I could give a score of ZERO-NEGATIVE, I would! The Horizon Ridge & Horizon Pkwy Location, is Horrible. Do Not spend your Money Here! Jason-District Mgr & Jim-Store Mgr, Do NOT Believe in Customer Service, what-so-ever.  ****Quantity NOT Quality. Strictly About The Money!!!!!!!!! Caution Before Signing with Bee Smart Storage I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I had high hopes when I first inquired about a unit at Bee Smart—the facilities are truly beautiful. However, my experience with the management, particularly District Manager Kent Jones, has been disappointing. I am extremely happy with the customer service provided at this site. Michelle was very helpful and always has a smile. The site is clean and well run! I would use this site again for business storage or personal storage with no hesitation.
