Staff extremely friendly and helpful would not recommend any other CubeSmart self-storage I rented from this company before and never had a great experience like I did when I went in to get the storage unit excellent service won't use any other self-storage again this one is five stars across the board i have now been with cubesmart for 5+ years
I’ve been renting a unit for a little over a year and Abel’s always been such a helpful person; whether it’s needing to swap units or answer a question, he’s always attentive and knowledgeable.
Facilities are decent, noticed rust running up the walls on some places, but they carts. I met Shawneen, and she was great to work with. Friendly and kind. Very helpful. To get 5 stars, they should invest money into taking better care of the building.
Little upset that my rate changed after a couple months but Able was able to help me out and set me up with a different storage that better fit my needs.
The manager, Abe, was professional beyond what I’ve experienced in the past! A great employee of the company! Thank you, Abe!
