I have used CubeSmart Storageon Speedway (Tucson, Az) for the past two years. It’s finally time for me to clean out my storage and the site manage, Kim, was so helpful. I had some issues with my locks and she helped get in the storage room. I was a little overwhelmed so she gave me options if I couldn’t clean out the entire room with smaller storage rooms close to my other room. Having her help the past two days made this experience less stressful than I expected. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend CubeSmart fo... read more
Kim is so helpful, knowledgable and loves her job! Clean, convenient location. Parking, easy load/unload. Dollies available. Nice to know manager lives onsite so I don't feel alone when visiting my unit. Good rates.
I came by today to have locks cut and replaced, Kim helped me with that. With a friendly smile and a kind attitude Kim helped cut the old locks off of my units and get them replaced with the new locks. During the time that I spent at your facility today with Kim, it Became clear to me early on that Kim truly cares about the customer and understands that this job is not just about a check, but rather ensuring that everybody has access to the things that they need. Whoever runs this place, you need to start paying attention to... read more
3 year update- my $50 5x5 storage unit now costs me $110 monthly. No problems as far as the storage unit goes. The only problem I have is the price- they have raised the rate several times. I paid around 50$ when I signed up, I now pay 94$ a month, literally double from 2 years Ago, and I have the smallest unit, so if you're concern... read more
I used this storage over the summer, its easy to access, and climate controlled. I would use this storage again and would recommend it to others, Abel at the front desk was also really respectful and helpful too in getting me situated.
