Had the best experience here. Abel was extremely helpful and efficient with booking our unit. Extremely nice and we left feeling confident and safe with using CubeSmart
Staff is very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. I had a larger unit to start with and after I finished moving I discovered I didn't need such a large unit. About a week before my next bill was due is when I asked about switching. It didn't cost me extra to switch and even had a credit that will be applied to my next bill because I moved to a smaller unit. He didn't seem annoyed or put out or anything.
