The guys have been great at helping me.
I havnt moved my stuff in yet, so I cant speak for that. I can say that their communication has been good, they're good about returning calls, and also reaching out to confirm the reservation of a unit. There are promotions if you reserve online, BUT after they automatically charge you the fee for a lock (you can't supply your own), the one time admin fee, and the monthly insurance you're required to have, you're still going to pay over $100 for the first payment on a 5x10 unit.
