Wonderful experience! Bryan was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Update: Even though I had a great move in experience, some of the information communicated wasn’t entirely accurate. When I asked about receiving excessive annual rent increases, like I had received at other storage facilities, I was told that CubeSmart doesn’t do that. Now, 4 months later, I just received a 40% rent increase. Very disappointed with their overall attitude towards the situation.
