Customer service was very helpful
Hello Cubesmart, this has been a wonderful experience. My boyfriend reserved a unit here and today and when I came into the office I was helped by Nia. She made sure I knew everything about my unit and even showed me how to get there from the entrance gate. Clean office, clean bathrooms. This is what customer service is! I will be sure to refer all of my family to this facility.
Sandy was exceptional. She is typically working out of a Virginia location but just happened to be in Forestville the day I called. She was the most helpful employee I have encountered with Cube Smart. She went above and beyond to ensure I was assisted with providing care and understanding for my situation, proper account updates and communication with other staff, outreach to me, and over all kindness. She is truly an angel. Thank you Sandy!! God Bless
One entrance closes at 9pm. You have to use the door with a keypad between 9pm and closing. But they don't tell you that. Stress- inducing
Nikia at CubeSmart Self Storage at 3750 Donnell Dr., District Heights, MD needs a promotion! She is awesome. Very professional, courteous, efficient, and patient.
