Customer service (Mia) was great. Immediately available and showed me the spaces I needed to consider. Other than the time it took me make a decision on the spot I was in and out. Ask questions about rates and fees so you won’t be surprised. Mia answered everyone of my questions and helped me save a few dollars. CubeSmart at Donnell Drive has worked well for me. I’m happy with them.
On-line process was quick & easy. Representative, Nia, was efficient & gracious. Affordable pricing with 40% off, 1st mo free! Spacious outside drive-up unit with raised wooden flooring make floor tarping unnecessary - a plus! Only complaint: UNIT HAS NO INTERIOR OVERHEAD LIGHTING - otherwise would be deserving of 5+ stars.
