We want to Thank Sandy who took the time out at Donnell Drive, MD. She was very helpful in all aspects. Sandy is a great asset for Cubesmart, she is a jewel, treat her like a diamond.
One disappointment was the front elevator was working when I was told it wasn't! So much wasted time walking ♀️ around to the backside to use the second elevator . Overall, I just moved in last night , I'm hoping and praying 🤲 for a pleasant experience while using this facility going forward 🤞! Time will tell! The manager, representative Dominic was nice. The elevator is ALWAYS broke and it’s an inconvenience when you have to carry multiple heavy items up and down the steps. I use my unit for my business and when I have to carry 2 30lb bars down two flights of steps it upset me especially when the storage fee’s go up as often as they do.

So I do love the convenience of cube smart however it seems to be a bit costly. I initially rented from this company because they advised there was a moving truck available, that was false. The truck had been out of commission for a while. Which means i had to spend additional money renting a uhaul. Not to mention the rate increase 3-4 months after the agreement and then every year after that. Who can afford that?! At least allow the rate to stay the same the first year. Read the contract folks!
