The young ladies who assisted me yesterday, 4/30 were not only extremely helpful and pleasant, they managed to do so while sitting in an 88 degree building because they had no working AC. This is what customer service is all about. They brightened my day after I had very difficult conversation with a Public Storage rep. This is my second using CubeSmart and you guys always come through. Thank you so much for the friendly atomsphere ladies. It didn’t go unnoticed and was much appreciated!!

Another review from me … ZERO stars (if I could) due to staff Tracy (another General Manager/Manager) contacting me about payment again after I already told Nia I didn’t have it and Tracy asking me “What do you want to do?” offering me to go ahead to retrieve all of my belongings FOR FREE only to have me waste my time coming up to the facility again and have Nia tell me my belongings are going to be up for AUCTION (family photos, used & new clothes, furniture, used kitchen supplies, shoes, my working desktop computer, and ot... read more
My wife got a unit at this place this month and it was the best customer service we have experienced in a good while! Nia at the front desk helped me through the whole process and was the sweetest young lady. I will be storing here for a few months and love to know that my time here will be awesome.
