Karen at SROA was great! Helped me make the right decision picking out a storage unit. She made every step an easy process!
Karen is amazing. I needed to change units after signing up for one, and she worked to make sure everything transitioned over smoothly. It took 20 minutes, but that was 20 minutes of the best customer service I've had in years.
This was the EASIEST storage rental I have ever done, to include the units I rented from various states when I was in the Army. Karen was super helpful and informative.
