Karen answers the phone. She processes your contract—does it in a way that works for you from billing to communications. She answers all your questions—knows everything you need to know about storage. The only thing she didn't do was move my crap into the storage unit. Yup—she's that good, and the facility is clean, secure, and well cared for.

Karen is AMAZING!!! Very informative and helpful to whatever you need. She goes above and beyond her duties as well such as helping getting personal affects back to individuals (pictures, etc.) that don’t want anything in their storage unit.
I wish I could give more stars. Thank God for Karen. She is the reason I can give 2.The owners need to do a better job of keeping unwanted critters out especially when you don’t have anything in your unit to draw them in. Karen has been incredible you can tell she really cares
