Terry is very professional and friendly (as are the other staff members); the place is very clean, the location is convenient, and I always have a great experience.
I too had flooding from Hurricane Matthew (my first experience with a hurricane). I lost some furniture (everything else on the floor is in totes). Not pleased with the insurance company they offer. It says it covers a hurricane. It did not. I recommend getting your own that covers water damage. The ladies there are VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL at all times, even when they were bombarded by frustrated customers. Those close to me and myself were safe, so the "stuff" I lost is trivial. I would still highly recommend this place!
