They are nothing but a bunch of chiefs, they broke into my unit and stole my items and the manager impression was not convincing so im sure he play a role in this then they claim to have cameras but they won't showed to you, dishonest n liars. Beware people.
Melanie is absolutely great! I definitely recommend working with her and SROA in general. Amazing customer service skills and answered all my questions. She made me comfortable enough to ask all questions and accessed all my needs. I 100% recommend this storage facility and prices are reasonable.
