Needed a long term storage solution for my belongings; I stopped in to the office and had a few questions. I spoke with James, he was awesome! I was and am very appreciative of the time that he took out of his day to speak with me and answer all my questions!
I have been working with James for quite sometimes with my storage unit and his customer service is 10/10! Very appreciative of him and his service. I know my belongs are safe and secure at his facility!
I've been renting a parking and a unit spot for a few months. The place is nice, clean and is fully gated (with easy access). The manager James is great, I had requested a temporary move and he spared no effort to help me out
Customer Service was great the agent even waited for me to arrive 10 minutes past closing on a Friday.
I’ve been renting units here for the past several months and I have no complaints. The grounds are always kept clean, gate access is very convenient, and the store Manager, James, is always helpful and accommodating. He is professional and experienced, which definitely shows on a day to day basis. I’ll be looking to add more units in the near future, as I plan to be here for a while!
