It’s pretty and all, but definitely too low of a building in a much too busy spot for so many windows. Very fishbowl like unless you keep the blinds closed. Also gets extremely hot in the summer as there’s no A/C and the sun just beats in the windows for 5 months. Floors also stain very easily. Ended up having to get my balcony renovated since they didn’t do it right the first time. Was in construction for 3 months with people walking through my place and working on my balcony everyday.
