All went very smoothly and as I only needed it for part of the 4 week planned time I got a prorated rebate and they're Canadian eh
Amazing experience from beginning to end. Employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. They were flexible when we emptied our Cube early and wanted it picked up sooner. I loved the fact I didn't have to drive a truck. Overall, this service reduced stress and made our move so much easier. AND let's not forget that they are Canadian, eh! 10/10 would recommend
Efficient and timely
Excellent, hassle free service. They drop off, you use it and call them for pick up when you are done! So easy and your goods are contained safely. However, the issue came with my final bills. My monthly billing date was Aug18 and paid was picked up Aug30 but no refund available. Then charged approx $100 for. pick up. Could they not have used that extra $$ they had in hand to cover pickup?
