The entire experience has been outstanding. Everyone has made sure that we have been satisfied with the service we have received. The driver that delivered the container made a real effort to ensure the container was exactly where we wanted it to be placed.
If I could choose less than 1 star I would have. I will NEVER recommend this company. All we have heard is lies from every person we have spoken to. Our delivery was scheduled and when no one showed we called several times being advised (falsely) each time that our storage cube was on the road and should arrive shortly (at one point we were told just 20-25 minutes). Bold face lies The quote I recieved on the website was around 250. Free pickup and free delivery. Talk to them on the phone and all of a sudden. It's almost $700 Massive discrepancy, massive frustration. Just don't believe the quote! Expect double or more !!
