It’s a shame that there are no restroom facilities available for this location and in order to use the restroom you have to literally leave the grounds and drive 5 mins away to the nearest Lowe’s, McDonald’s or Wendy’s which is so inconvenient if you’re in the middle of a move in or out and what if you have a child with you that needs to use the bathroom? My "Free" month cost $30 admission fee, $17 insurance Bob said was Not optional. Insurance fee is monthly. Throw in a lock and that's an expensive "Free" month. Only one "Free" month per lifetime for all locations. "Computer" controls random rate increases that can change in the first 2 months. Price only goes up, never down. Predatory business practices. I'll pass.
The personell was very kind and professional . Bill showed me around and was very accommodating. He helped me pick the best unit for my needs. I would refer anyone to use this facility.
