Although I haven't been to the site to see the storage unit I rented online, the customer service has been outstanding. I used their online process to secure a storage unit and within a minute, Bill gave me a call. He was so friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. Bill gave me the impression that he is someone who actually cares about their job and making the customers feel comfortable and informed!
After being a customer for over 2 yrs at Storage Bin, (for a 2nd time) this is my first review and the 2 stars are STRICTLY for the condition of the facility that I experienced yesterday while visiting my unit. It is quite unfortunate to me that after my rent was raised twice and Im now paying over $350 per month, that the hallway where my unit is located has cob webs all over & dead spiders & bugs. The crew was very nice and polite. They came in and they got the job done without any problems.
The online reservation was vey easy and simple, but it's only allowed upnto 14 days. This storage is very close to CU. Only 6 minutes drive. We had so many bags from the summer packing and ithey didn't fit in my car. I dropped half of it to the office, Bob accepted it without any questions. He was very welcoming and friendly. I came back to pick up my other half stuffs and my daughter - went back there to meet Bob.
