The online reservation was vey easy and simple, but it's only allowed upnto 14 days. This storage is very close to CU. Only 6 minutes drive. We had so many bags from the summer packing and ithey didn't fit in my car. I dropped half of it to the office, Bob accepted it without any questions. He was very welcoming and friendly. The pricing is competitive or better than most in the area. The indoor facility is very clean. The officer managers, Bob & Bill, at the Hackttstown facility are professional and courteous and friendly.
Very good experience getting my unit
Bob was extremely helpful during our sign up and move in experience. He gave us a follow up call when we signed up online, where he offered transparency about rates, payment expectations, hours, etc… The unit is clean and exactly what we needed for a very reasonable price.
