My "Free" month cost $30 admission fee, $17 insurance Bob said was Not optional. Insurance fee is monthly. Throw in a lock and that's an expensive "Free" month. Only one "Free" month per lifetime for all locations. "Computer" controls random rate increases that can change in the first 2 months. Price only goes up, never down. Predatory business practices. I'll pass.
The personell was very kind and professional . Bill showed me around and was very accommodating. He helped me pick the best unit for my needs. I would refer anyone to use this facility.
Storage bin of Hackettstown is clean, well managed, convenient, and affordable, with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I used this place for 9 months while moving and they my to buy a house. Easy move in and out, clean and dry facility, I'll definitely us this facility in the future if I were to need a storage unit
