Started well, but immediately raised the price

I've rented a space here for over two years. I sometimes used an electrical outlet on the utility pole closest to my space (about 40 feet). A few months ago, the outlet quit working. I've reported this problem to the manager twice. The outlet is still not working. There is no other outlet that I can reach with my 50 foot extension cord.
Staff is very friendly. They were always available and worked with me when I wanted to make some changes. The boat storage area is excellent and secure. I don't usually write reviews but they are so nice it is hard not to. Highly recommend.
