This was my first time renting a storage unit, and Tom made the entire experience easy and stress-free. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. After I reserved my unit, it started raining, so I stayed inside for a while. It was a pleasure talking with Tom while I waited. Although I couldn't make it back that Monday as planned, they gave me a courtesy call to check on me, which I really appreciated.
