Call somebody else In 2 minutes the technician found the problem on my ice-machine. Was just the out-side drain hose that was kinked. So I when back to the machine and I (I do it) strait it up and so the ice-machine start to work again. Total labor time for the technician: 2 minutes and 30 seconds? Guess how much they charge me? $100.00 bucks.. I think this company lost is mind and I got rip-off. They can close the company today because I will never call them again.
