Terrific food and service!
I had lunch there based on the reviews. These 2 gentlemen operating the truck were awesome. They bring a new twist to standard dishes. I tried their Hawaiian Hamburger. I’ve never thought of pineapple on a burger. It truly was awesome. And I can honestly say I’ve never ever in my life. Had a meal served so hot with temperature. I had to let it set a bit before I could enjoy. The French fries served with it were the real deal as well. I’ve got to stop by there again soon and try out their street tacos. Fantastic little food truck on the side of the road in the middle of the pecos desert hellscape that is west texas. Try the cucumber lime Agua fresca, it's incredible.
