⭐ 1 Star My experience with CubaHeal Medical Tourism Inc. was extremely disappointing. Many of the promises made to students before arrival were not fulfilled once we were on the ground. Students experienced serious issues with basic living conditions, including periods where there was little to no water available at the property. My wife's medical trip to Cuba was cancelled at the beginning of June 2025. Since then we cannot receive a promised refund, nobody has responded on emails and voice messages on the phone. Impossible to reach anybody, seems like they're playing a game with clients. Very unreliable company.
