Worst experience ever! My loan was sold to car financial services in May. A Cuba auto sales clerck call me June 21st to tell me I had a late fee for June's payment. Which I call car financial services In June and ask for my balance and I was told that my account was up to date and u didn't owe anything until July, which I have a stement to proof.
