This review is specifically to acknowledge, commend, and thank the daytime manager, Loren (or Lauren?) for his swift and fair handling of a problem I experienced. I won't go into specifics but here's the gist of it: Scanned product at self checkout. Price was wrong. Employee 1 & Employee 2 stationed at self checkout dismissed the issue with a nonsensical explanation not relevant at all to the problem. Adamantly offered no help. Why are they always out of rottiserre chicken before dinner time? It's 6:15 pm . Seems to happen every sunday and Tuesday. So irritating
Should probably change your online hours since they’re incorrect instead of having a line of people outside when you’re not open.
