Just sharing to offset some of the negative reviews because people often do not rate a place unless they've had a bad experience. I've always had great experiences at this pharmacy, and they've never been consistently out of my medication, like Walgreens always is. The Pharmacist and pharmacy staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
I was a bit weary switching pharmacies from the Rockford Road Super Target Pharmacy to my nearby Cub Pharmacy a few years ago, yet Cub Pharmacy is amazing. Both pharmacists are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. One of the pharmacists knew me by name on my second visit! Thank you Cub Pharmacy on Vicksburg Lane! Andrea
I have found all of the pharmacists very friendly and professional. Often they are working alone. Having been a nurse for over 30 years-people frequently don’t know what you are doing behind the scenes. My drugs have never been mixed up or done incorrectly. That is most important. Many of you may not realize the shortage there is in healthcare workers today. Try going to pharmacy school. Then say something negative
I've been using this location regularly and often for a few years now and I haven't had one negative experience with them. They're friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Love this pharmacy especially the male. He is always friendly and helpful with answering questions. Pharmacists should not have to wait on people even if there is a line. The counter attendant is always helpful with finding over the counter products as well.
