We called due to an unforeseen circumstance when we left for our vacation. It was close to closing time (10 minutes before closing) and we were denied service due to pharmacist saying “I’m closing soon”! Aren’t you supposed to be there and help your customers??? It’s not like this issue has happened to us before. Cheri, thanks for nothing. I was in the medical field for 30 years and know by personal experience that this could have been handled by sending an RX by computer to a nearby pharmacy in our vacation vicinity. Loren is a fabulous pharmacist and the only reason I am giving this place a 2 star review, if he could work every day, I would give it 5 stars!! Cheri, on the other hand, is so rude. I don’t know why you would work in retail pharmacy if you have no customer service skills! She acts like the customers are a bother and inconvenience to her, she makes you feel belittled and unwelcome. I literally switched pharmacies, so I don't have to deal with her anymore!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this pharmacy in the 16 months that I have lived in Rogers. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and more than willing to answer my questions in person and on the phone I have never had any issues.
