Called the lady in pharmacy on the phone for a cream for my 10 month old daughter. Was clear she was going to be no help off the bat due to her attitude. First she tried to tell me she couldn’t give me the cream because they can’t mix it them self’s anymore. Then she lied and said they don’t have it. lol. I ended up calling her doctor to order the creams SEPERATLEY as she told me. After years of dealing with really poor service I’ve finally decided it’s better to drive farther to another pharmacy so that I can get decent service. They are constantly dropping the ball here, and are way under staffed. There is a headache with every visit.
Absolutely the worst customer service. If you hate your job that much just quit.
Horribly staffed. There is usually one person working, a line of people, and a constantly ringing phone. I signed up online for a covid shot and after 20 minutes of waiting I gave up.
Warning! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!! I have gone to this pharmacy for several months, and every week they tell me a prescription is ready to be picked up - to the point where they even call me to tell me it's ready - but then when I get there not only is it not filled there's an issue with filling it. Today was the final straw. I have gone to this pharmacy three times already to pick up the same one prescription that they are now saying AGAIN is not filled and she does not have time to fill it at 6:45 p.m. bc they close at ... read more
