I’ve been a customer for over 10 years at this pharmacy. The pharmacist Fatima (first time I’ve encountered) that was working in the morning was very rude in person. Might have had a bad day but when I came back later I saw her being mean to the techs. Someone in leadership should review this behavior. No one should be treated like that, customer or employee. Every time I need to pick up, there's a problem. It'd be nice to be told when somethings out of stock before making the trip and waiting in a long line.
