Was told by three different people, three different days I could pick up my dogs medication. Planned my vacation around it and couldn't leave for vacation. Worst pharmacy in Rochester. 0 stars
I get all my prescriptions there it's my local pharmacy and all the people there are pretty awesome
Great customer service No Issues
Horrible experience! I been using Cub pharmacy for years now and I came in today to pick up a new prescription and was refused because I don't have insurance. I have the money to pay out of pocket and also I'm pretty sure that is illegal to do. They told me that the over the counter stuff is the same, but that doesn't have proper dosing or anything according to my doctor. How dare they give me medical advice that could potentially be hazardous to me. I switched to Walgreens, but I will be contacting corporate.
