My family has been using Cub pharmacy(and Cub foods) for at least 20 years or more. So one would expect pretty good customer service. Wrong! The pharmacist who was on duty there was not very nice. In fact pretty rude to me. So I have decided after all these years I am switching pharmacies. Which means Cub in general will get less business from me.
Great customer service
Urgent care Provider sent order 645pm to the cub and they were closing at 7pm. We told the provider to send it to another pharmacy since cubs will be closed and he did that. The cub decided to process our medication, ran our insurance to block us getting it from elsewhere and closed their pharmacy. Now our child is sick, the other pharmacy can't apply it to our insurance so we have to pay cash.
