Great Service! Excellent ladies at the cub pharmacy after 2 pm M-F (very helpful and patient with phone call follow-up questions). Especially with order effected by the holiday schedule (end of December and January).
I get refills here and haven't had any trouble. Whenever I have questions, I just text them and they respond within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 business days). The online order system was a little tedious but otherwise, I haven't had issues picking up my order. I'm always behind other people who take forever at the counter but that's not the pharmacy's fault.
Cub Pharmacy never has the prescription ready. Recent one was another example. It's been "7" days and their response was "well, we just haven't gotten to it yet. If there is something life & health urgent, I strongly advise going elsewhere where there is more care and urgency.
