This is hands-down, the most proactive management of an apartment complex that I’ve ever seen. The Leasing office is located at the Springhill complex nearby. We moved in about a month ago, and there were small things we had to put in a work order for they got handled within 48 hours. The Two bedroom is affordable and exactly what we needed. Let me state that I had already posted a positive review of this complex and have since very much changed my mind. Where do I begin? From car break-ins, package thieves, tenants selling drugs out of their apartment, pitbull pets that are against the lease, to the police department being here at least once a week. This used to be a very quiet and reserved community. Now the police are here on a weekly basis for the same tenants, from Domestic Violence, outstanding criminal warrants, to noise complaints.
