They were very good to sell me my natural granite countertops but when I needed repair work on a corner piece that broke off I never got a call back. Robin was very nice when talking with her.
These folks are awesome and did a great job for us in Ashe County. Helped us find our stone, installed quickly and perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.
Our granite seam at the sink sink had separated and we needed it sealed. We also wanted to put in a new sink. The staff had us order the wrong size. So we ordered a different type sink, but that required some of the granite to be cut. The guy who showed up to cut the granite had my husband hold a vacuum near the saw and did not put up any containment plastic. When he was done, our entire kitchen was covered in granite dust. Absolutely love the countertops from cub creek! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Installers has lots of experience and did a wonderful job.
