Our granite seam at the sink sink had separated and we needed it sealed. We also wanted to put in a new sink. The staff had us order the wrong size. So we ordered a different type sink, but that required some of the granite to be cut. The guy who showed up to cut the granite had my husband hold a vacuum near the saw and did not put up any containment plastic. When he was done, our entire kitchen was covered in granite dust. Absolutely love the countertops from cub creek! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Installers has lots of experience and did a wonderful job.
Absolutely gorgeous countertops we received. Kirstie was fabulous to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing cabinets or countertops
Don't deal with this company. They don't stand behind their work. I have countertops that are developing 'pits' in the surface. They are developing and growing in size and number. Neal (owner) at first said he'd never heard of such a thing. He'd send his 'best guy' out to take a look. He mentioned that the finish on the countertops was very shiney and in great condition. He arrived prepared to fill/fix the pits. But there was about 2 dozen of them. He had never seen nearly this many pits, and had no idea what caused them. He... read more
