I can't score any lower than one star or i would. First took it there for a tune up, got it home and started once..and did not start again.. told i needed a voltage regulator....had that fixed got it home and never even started...but it did "back fire" while trying....after calling about 35 times they picked up the phone told the guy all about it......then he said, well it could be your anti backfire regulator under the carburetor.....WOW what a coincidence.......and what was his solution? Steve sold me a LTX1042KW he said he would deliver it at 10:00 am and he did. The Mower was completely assembled and all ordered items were there. I can not tell you how good it feels to work with a company that keeps it's word. I just finished mowing with the unit on it's maiden cut. Buy THIS MOWER!!!! It's quiet has plenty of power and the hydrostatic trans. is GREAT. Thanks JR
