The experience of living at this residence has been a nightmare when it comes to CU Property Management. When we moved in it was disgusting, the floors haven't been cleaned, the walls had an unknown substance downstairs, and repairs were very iffy. The biggest repair issue was the garage. It took 2 weeks to get the garage repaired mainly because it took days just to get someone out to LOOK at the issue after already telling them the exact problem. I've had a positive experience with CU Property Management so far. They've been responsive to my questions and concerns, and everyone I've interacted with has been kind and helpful—especially Heidi, who has gone out of her way to be supportive and welcoming.
They tried to trap us in a lease with a property that they knew had roaches. The show until was clean, but the actual unit was a nasty bait and switch. Stay away from this rental company.
CU property management is hands down the best management company I have rented from in my time in CU. Recently I suffered an injury that required moving to a more accessible apartment, and they were extremely helpful, caring, and flexible throughout the process. Special shoutout to Aisha, Sarah, and Heidi. Highly recommend!
