I've had a positive experience with CU Property Management so far. They've been responsive to my questions and concerns, and everyone I've interacted with has been kind and helpful—especially Heidi, who has gone out of her way to be supportive and welcoming.
They tried to trap us in a lease with a property that they knew had roaches. The show until was clean, but the actual unit was a nasty bait and switch. Stay away from this rental company.
CU property management is hands down the best management company I have rented from in my time in CU. Recently I suffered an injury that required moving to a more accessible apartment, and they were extremely helpful, caring, and flexible throughout the process. Special shoutout to Aisha, Sarah, and Heidi. Highly recommend!
The neighbors gave us bed bugs and roaches, management is useless, and still wants to up the rent. They probably doubled the sanitation fee again on top of it. I rent dumpsters too at work, and it doesn't cost $20/apartment. What a joke. They hire DECA for "maintenance", which means they half fix what they feel like. Examples are: I have only ever asked them to change the air filter once, but they don't know how toeasure the correct size, I guess, so they got one that was both too narrow and too tall, so they just folded it ... read more
