I was wrongly charged for “wall damage” that was already there when I moved in, and I provided photos proving it was pre-existing. After I submitted the photos, the property manager ,Dionne, changed the story and said the charge was for “ceiling damage,” even though the invoice they sent me specifically states the charge was for “patch and paint holes in walls.” Ceiling damage was never listed. Tiny, low quality units with an extremely one sided lease that gives them many ways out, but is very strict for you. They don't try to collect if you're less than a month late the literally have an automated albeit improperly formated "eviction notice" that comes out immediately. They want to intimidate you so they can exploit you
The experience of living at this residence has been a nightmare when it comes to CU Property Management. When we moved in it was disgusting, the floors haven't been cleaned, the walls had an unknown substance downstairs, and repairs were very iffy. The biggest repair issue was the garage. It took 2 weeks to get the garage repaired mainly because it took days just to get someone out to LOOK at the issue after already telling them the exact problem.
