This place is a complete joke. I asked for the price upfront after showing a picture of the nails I wanted and was clearly told $62. I agreed and sat down. Halfway through, everything felt rushed because they were about to close — even though they CHOSE to accept my full set appointment. The entire time, the workers were speaking Spanish, laughing, and clearly talking about customers, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Went in two days ago for powder with tips. I showed the lady doing my nails two different options of what I wanted. ( simple ) the lady owner also saw the designs. She said one of my options were ombré. . . I left with neither of the options that I picked. I left with plain brown nails. I don’t understand why we’re not getting what we ask for? Always very nice, clean, honor appointments and try to get you started on-time. Nice selection of polishes, I go for either the lemon or basic pedicure, very good quality. They are never pushy in trying to sell upgrades or more expensive pedicures. I’ve also gotten basic manicures and water manicures with no polish and they were very attentive and not put-off by spending time on a less expensive procedure.
