Went in two days ago for powder with tips. I showed the lady doing my nails two different options of what I wanted. ( simple ) the lady owner also saw the designs. She said one of my options were ombré. . . I left with neither of the options that I picked. I left with plain brown nails. I don’t understand why we’re not getting what we ask for? Always very nice, clean, honor appointments and try to get you started on-time. Nice selection of polishes, I go for either the lemon or basic pedicure, very good quality. They are never pushy in trying to sell upgrades or more expensive pedicures. I’ve also gotten basic manicures and water manicures with no polish and they were very attentive and not put-off by spending time on a less expensive procedure. My daughter and I have been getting our nails done at this salon for probably 10+ years. As I am reading these reviews, I am wondering how anyone can get a bad nail tech here. I have always had the experience of them putting the customer first. The ONE time I went somewhere else because I needed my nails done and Simon had no availability I regret.
