The whole office staff was amazing. My provider took the time to listen and discuss things with me. I did not feel like I was rushed and felt like I was heard.
Dr. Putatunda is excellent and the entire staff at WISH are courteous, kind, and helpful. She took the time with me and listened, and I'm grateful to have found her for my primary care.
Update on my insane $600 bill - I called into the customer service line that was recommended based off my initial review. Turns out there is a self-pay option where they will give you 40% off your bill which they did NOT inform me of. Now it's too late to pursue that because they already ran it through my insurance. I disputed the amount again, we'll see what they say. This office absolutely does not have your back when it comes to billing. Do NOT go here. I was really excited to get set up here after a friend suggested it. I showed up for an "establish patient care" visit, talked to the doctor for about 35 minutes, she took my blood pressure, gave me some advice on normal aches and pains, and then said she'd see me in a year. Great! Until I got a bill for $660 in the mail. That is not a rounding error. I was billed $660 for that visit and I have disputed the claim twice and they won't budge. This was my first time at this clinic, and it was a great first impression. The receptionist who helped to schedule my appointment as a new patient was super kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person when I checked in. The nurse was amazing, she was nice and efficient, I got a shot and I didn’t even feel it! My provider was just as amazing, super kind and efficient, making sure all of my needs were met.
