So let's start with this. First of all if you want me to be transparent then the mental health doctor has to be too. You want to speak to my old doctor but you aren't transparent enough to let me listen. What are you trying to hide from me? And why can't it be said in front of me? For any potential patients, just be aware that this clinic doesn't have any actual doctors working there; just nurses and midlevels and midlevels are not adequately trained for most diagnostic situations. Would not recommend for anything beyond the bare bones basics.

They also have a requirement that you have to have one of their primary care physicians refer you to their behavioral care department. People who are looking for mental health care don't have time to screw around with all of... read more

They canceled an appointment that I had been waiting for for a few months to try and change up my meds back in July on the day it was supposed to happen, then canceled my reschedule without sending any messages/calls. Trying to reach the clinic via the phone and their still set up for voice messages only instead of a person 15 minutes after their opening time. I'm absolutely livid with how bad they've gotten. Update: I called and got _another_ appointment scheduled via a different doctor that was available weeks later. Comin... read more
