Was given an appointment here (after being reccomended to them from a uc health nurse, who was given my notes just as this place was) almost 4 months ago and today I got called and cancelled on. Two different reasons given, one over the phone and one through uc health portal. They just give me phone numbers and say schedule your appointment with them. I'm tired of counting on advice from nurses that don't care if it's accurate or not. The reason given on uc health portal is "non urgent", but not what I was told over the phon... read more
