Dr. Jasem and his staff are always available, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He always sees me on time. I never feel rushed during the appointment and get all of my questions answered. He even walks me out to the front desk to let them know when I need to come back. That's a very nice touch. It's also nice that the blood work is in the same building.
Dr Sakamoto is caring, professional and a wonderful listener.
I've been with UCH since about '95. Every person, with whom I've dealt in every facility or on the phone, is friendly, professional and very attentive. When I'm with that person, I am the only person in the world. I have never felt like I was being rushed out the door to get the next person in. The price is that the wait times between people is often longer than one would like. But I now see that as well worth the one on one attention I get from the care givers and other staff.
