After speaking with several surgeons, I was so pleased to find Dr Cohen. He helped return symmetry to my breasts - long-missing after I went through breast cancer lumpectomy and radiation treatment over a decade ago. Not only that, I found Dr Cohen to be sincere, caring, friendly, honest, and straightforward about what was possible and what to expect. I was amazed at what he was able to achieve through fat grafting. I feel whole again!
Dr. Cohen is an absolutely amazing reconstruction surgeon who is passionate about his work. I had 3 surgeons to interview for reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy but after meeting with him my decision was made. He is very kind and has a great bedside manner. He took his time and explained the whole process and what my options were. My results are better than I could have ever imagined. He is an artist. I would recommend him to anyone seeking reconstruction surgery.
Dr. Cohen is a brilliant physician and I felt very lucky to have found him! He’s one of five physicians in the nation that performs the procedure I needed, a lymphovenous bypass. He was able to connect two lymphatic vessels to my venous system which decreased my risk of lymphedema exponentially! I also plan to have him perform my reconstructive surgery, a bilateral diep flap. I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my surgical oncologist. Dr. Cohen is warm, personable and most importantly did not shy away from my many questions. His assistant, Kasey, has also been friendly and responsive to my many requests along the way.
