Poor service! Lack of patient care. They said that they couldn't find a specialist for my dad within Bay Area and that he needs to go SoCAL to get a specialist. However, when I checked my dad's insurance, there were multiple options within the area. Their advice was to wait until next year to get a different insurance, which is not acceptable due to my dad's health condition. UNACCEPTABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL!
