I had my air ducts cleaned, what a difference in the air quality and less dusting. I totally recommend, and they even found a dead mouse!! The team was very professional, and cleaned up after the job was completed. Thanks to Josa and David!
RecommendedI met with Kurt about a month ago about replacing our furnace and ac unit. We decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on Monday around noon. It’s 3pm on Thursday and the units are fully installed and running! Absolute great service! I 100% recommended!!

Quick response. Had sewer smell and had another business here the day before with no improvement so we called Lanz. We may have to do an additional repair but maybe not, we shall wait n see but they knew what was wrong right away!!! Thank u guys, my house does not stink!!!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We had Victor visit us an take a look at our furance in my mobile home. After trouble shooting Victor had determined it is time for a new furance, he soon explains that the furance has been rigged (unsafe)! Not only did he explain every process he showed me each part that needed attention.
