Bad customer service about a Lexus 2010 4 days later it broke down it transmission
I applied here because I needes a vehicle, Im in the process of doing a debt program so my score has dipped and everything Ive seen about credit for this place says they will work with you. Well, they do not! I make more than enough for a payment. Didnt even have the decency to have a conversation. I probably missed a bullet though. (This is under my maiden name)
If you live in Champaign area and looking for a genuine dealer and a car this is a place to stop by. Excellent hospitality and an extremely honest person/dealer. We drove from all the way from Edwardsville to find a good ride and we did got the best price for Toyota Camry 2013 SE.
Bought a Toyota Sienna from CU Auto 4mo ago and it has proven to be everything they advertised and a reliable vehicle. Owners even competed a minor repair (had nothing to do with them or their service) after our purchase saving us hundreds! CU Auto was good to work with and stood by their word.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE Only drove my car for 6 months before everything broke down, his a terrible dealer
