The appraiser was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She did not arrive at the time that was scheduled. They sent an appraiser that spent less than 20 minutes inside a 4300 sq ft home. She measured the home incorrectly and used comps of homes that did not have swimming pools and were also located on very busy streets which means those homes sold for less money per square foot.
