I really enjoy working with the staff at CTV as the Asset Management Director at DLP Real Estate Capital. I look forward to continuing to work together in the future and hopefully get down to Tampa eventually to meet the team and see some local projects!

Where do I begin? Horrible property management and realtors! One month into moving into the property we started encountering problems with the house including the air conditioning, electrical problems, and most importantly plumbing problems. It’s a 2 bathroom house and 1 bathroom was out of commission due to rotten floor underneath the toilet seat.
