I came in seeking help with my child and Ms. Phillips was a great help and offered other resources as well, thank you CTS
Speaking to any new foster parents…. Do not use this agency. The staff like to take things personal and they are not very supportive at all. They will stick together and lie on you to cover themselves. Melissa and Andrea especially refused to re-license me and I had a child in my home leaving me to go out and find a new agency. See they obviously didn’t have the child best interests at heart but instead using their personal feelings towards me to make the decision to leave this child in and unlicensed home.
