I recently rented a home with Sherry McQueen as property manager. One week prior to moving in, she had it landscaped, cleaned, and ensured all plumbing was in working order. The home was already immaculate before all of that was done. I definitely was not expecting the above and beyond. My spouse and I have been renting from Sherry for over 3 years. CTS Realty and Sherry has always been responsive, respectful and professional at all times. We have rented from some very unprofessional property management companies and this is not one. When something breaks or goes wrong I get a response within hours. I will continue to rent from Sherry until we decide to buy. I am a happy renter and you should give them a try.

I spent so much time with other realtors who pretended to care about me and my needs, but it always seemed like the bottom line was all about their paycheck. Chalyce was such a refreshing change to our home search. She seemed to bend over backwards to our needs and she is so personal and caring. She always took time out of her busy schedule to speak to us about our concerns. I never felt rushed or pushed in a specific direction.
