Completed Paperwork in February never heard back random ppl from there company trying to give me a case worker when I told them I wanted therapy. Told me after 3 months I need to reapply. Waste of time. They funded so it seems like they pick n choose who they wanna work with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
I strongly caution anyone considering working with CTS Health. This company is a scam. After providing services as a Community Support Specialist, they refused to pay me for my work. They had no problem using my gas, personal vehicle, computer, and cell phone, but when it came time to compensate me, they gave me the runaround. Submitting timesheets was a constant hassle, and even after following all their procedures, I never received payment. If you value your time, money, and effort—do not walk to this company, RUN!
Had a therapist called John Montgomery, he just went ghost on me when I needed therapy the most. He would call and hang up, I would call back and no response. Sometimes he would miss our appointments
